Notice

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commence within 60 days, or if construction or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 120 days at any time after work is commenced.

All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work will be compiled with whether specified herein or not. The granting does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulating construction or the performance of construction.

Site Plan Inspection is required for placement approval and a final inspection upon completion. A separate Permit is required for Electrical Permit.

Section 15.14 IN-GROUND SWIMMING POOLS

The minimum height of all parts of the fence or wall, including gates shall be four ( 4) feet in height, and not more than six ( 6) feet in height measured from grade.

ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOLS

Above ground swimming pools shall either be enclosed in the same manner as required for in-ground swimming pools above, or alternatively shall be enclosed with an integral fence securely attached to the top rail of the swimming pool.

All openings in any required fence or building shall be equipped with a self-closing, self latching gate or door which shall be securely locked with a tamper-proof lock when the pool is not in use.

Swimming pools cannot be placed under power lines.

Must be ten (10) feet from house and property lines.
